Was Futurama's Revival a Mistake?!

In 2023, Futurama’s THIRD revival in its history, the 4th era of the show, began airing on Hulu. Almost TEN years after the previous series finale, Meanwhile, aired on Comedy Central, and over 24 years after its original series premiere on Fox. As a lifelong Futurama fan, the fact that this was happening at all sort of broke my brain. I, alongside a lot of other fans I think, were a little hesitant to welcome the show back after it delivered such a satisfying conclusion. But now that we’ve actually SEEN the first 10 episodes of the Hulu era, it begs the question. SHOULD the show have been revived all these years later? Were the episodes delivered good enough to warrant negating SUCH a powerful ending?
