Today I'm making a wet-formed leather belt sheath for my daughter. It is sized to carry a Swiss Army Knife, Ferro Rod, and fire tinder tabs. In the video I'll go over wet forming the leather (6-7oz) using a mold, trimming and sizing the pieces, edge grooving, dyeing, stitching, burnishing, adding snaps, belt loop hardware, edge coating and finishing the leather. And there is a bonus little survival adventure at the end of the video from our most recent camping trip. Which actually served as a lot of the motivation for wanting to make this sheath for her. As always, thanks for watching! Joe And Thank You to The Home Depot Prospective and Ryobi power tools for sponsoring this build! Here are the Links to the tools I used in this build....
