We booked this spot through Hipcamp, and stayed at Sunset Rocks Base Camp—one of the few 2WD-friendly sites (along with Campers Lair and Liberty Views). The rest of the property is 4WD access only. This off-grid camping spot has no toilets or water, but offers something even better—wide open views, room to breathe, and skies so clear you can see a thousand stars with your own eyes. We were lucky to catch a meteor shower during our stay. We cooked by the fire, explored with our dog Poppy, and spent quiet time just enjoying nature together.
