Opening week of the 2020-21 Kansas Pheasant and Quail season! I hunted on and off for a few days and put together this video of some of the best highlights from the trip. The weather was extremely hot with most days reaching mid 70's! We had to take it easy and didn't get to hunt as much as a result. On top of all that it hadn't rained in quite some time so the combo of heat and dryness lead to very poor scenting conditions for the dogs.
