Today, up to 15–20% of the global population is neurodiverse, yet many individuals spend significant energy masking their differences to appear “normal,” often hiding strengths that can significantly benefit teams and organizations. This session explores what neurodiversity really means, how masking impacts performance and wellbeing, and how organizations can create environments where neurodiverse individuals can thrive.
