From its 'Old Vegas' roots to the newly renovated Fremont East, downtown Las Vegas is a steadily growing district, bustling with culture and history. In the midst of all this, cannabis has been making its own mark in this ever-changing space. Culture & Cannabis has already established itself as the premier DTLV cannabis event but, their newest venture is just a little different. C&C's Vendor Mixer is a monthly networking experience featuring live talks from cannabis movers and shakers. Hosted by G Gonzalez and lightly beatboxed by Jay R, the most recent event at Inspire Lounge allowed local vendors and sponsors to connect, learn, and grow. The night's speakers were: JC Coats @_jc_coats Founder of Culture & Cannabis Anthony Lee @fulltimetony Cannabis Entrepreneur Vincent E. Norment @mjhalloffame Founder of Marijuana Hall of Fame Daryl Bauer @rokinvapes Founder of Rokin Joe Khoury @irolliefam CEO of iRollie And the night's recurring theme, 'F*** It. Covering the various stories of triumph and failure, the cannabis space can be intimidating. Starting a new business or creating a brand can be a constant challenge but, as long as the passion is there, you gotta take a chance. Go for broke and get to work! Or at least come by the mixer and get inspired to do it! For any newcomers to the Vegas cannabis industry or any looking to throw their hat in the ring, the event is quickly becoming a who's-who, only growing more each month.
