The whole album was recorded in his room using a synth, a bass, a baritone guitar and another guitar. The rare percussive sounds are all made with everyday objects, modified and adapted to the sound environments with the use of a variety of guitar pedals. Almost all the songs were recorded live in one take, with overdubs. It was also used a loop station to turn sounds to the opposite. The theme of the album is connected to the movie "The Green Mile". It's a sort of healing process (hypothetical, spiritual, physical). In addition, it is important to emphasize that his music is inspired by the novels and short stories by JG Ballard, his favorite writer. Tutto il disco è stato registrato nella sua stanza utilizzando un synth, un basso, una chitarra baritona e un'altra chitarra. I rari suoni percussivi sono tutti ottenuti con oggetti di uso quotidiano, modificati e adattati alle ambientazioni sonore con l'utilizzo di svariati pedali per chitarra. Quasi tutte le canzoni sono state registrate in un'unica ripresa live, con pochissime sovraincisioni. E' stata utilizzata anche una loop station per mandare i suoni al contrario. Alcuni di questi pezzi sono stati proposti live in apertura dei concerti di Enrico Ruggeri (omonimo del più famoso cantautore), anche lui musicista e produttore di suoni ambient-drone. Il Tema del disco è legato al film "Il Miglio Verde". L'artista associa il tutto a un processo di guarigione (ipotetica, spirituale, fisica). Inoltre, è importante sottolineare che la sua musica è costantemente ispirata dai romanzi e dai racconti di J.G. Ballard, il suo scrittore preferito.
