Timer Adjustment - Supercold Commercial Ice Cube Making Machines. Ice formation time is controlled by the “ON” position, you can set the time anywhere between 10 minutes (for really small ice) and 24 minutes (for really big ice cubes). We have set the default as 18 minutes in most of the models. Defrost time is controller by the “OFF” position. The default value is 120 seconds for most models, which is set keeping in mind, the low ambient temperature conditions in winter. If you want a little extra ice production in summer conditions, it is good to set this value to 70 seconds. That way, you save about 50 seconds in a cycle. That is, you will get an additional 2 or 3 ice production cycles in a day. Kindly note that the defrost time adjustment is valid only for the latest ice cube making machines sold from 1st January 2025 onwards. Have a nice day! Team Supercold
