Ambien CR Review. Day 6

Ambien CR also known as Zolpidem Tartrate in it's generic form, are drugs used to help you sleep. In this review, we will be discussing the benefits as well as the side-effects of the drug. There are two types of Ambien, regular Ambien and Ambien CR. The original drug is used more as a "knock out" drug for those who cannot get to sleep on their own. Ambien CR provides a continuous dose throughout the night to not only get you to sleep, but to also to keep you asleep.  I have used both drugs myself and found both to be beneficial in helping me get to sleep, where i was only getting sleep for 3 hours a night, I am now getting 7-8. There are however, some side effects, which are mostly physiologically based. Where Ambien wore off in the morning without much after-effects, the CR has caused physiological issues into the day and sometimes lasts several hours. As with any drug, there will be side-effects. However, in my own opinion and for me, this drug is worth the risks and I will continue to take it as long as it can help me get to sleep and get much needed rest.
