Dash cam here:    • Lowell, Arkansas Officer With Short Temper...   On October 10, 2024, Patrol Officer Lachlan Hicks of the Lowell, Arkansas Police Department pulled over Cinthia Sanchez-Rosas for allegedly speeding while returning to work at J.B. Hunt Transport. During the encounter, with very little verbal questioning, Officer Hicks is ready to tase Ms. Sanchez-Rosa, and in short order, she is removed from the vehicle and tackled to the ground. Coincidentally, Lowell PD had allegedly recently acquired tasers with a high pitched warning sound, but as can be inferred from the conversation between officers at 5:27, the department seemed to be unsure of its effectiveness in active use. Sanchez-Rosas was arrested booked into Benton County Jail for refusal to submit to arrest, speed 0-10 mph, and obstructing governmental operations.
