Sambar powder 2tbsp Tamarind - 1 lemon size Salt, water as per requirement Ghee , mustard, jeera , curry leaves, dry red chillies and asafoetida for thaalichify. Rasam ready. 2) Paruppu usili Toor Dal - ½ cup Chana Dal - ½ cup Dry red chillies- 12 Salt and water as per requirement Coconut oil - 5tbsp Mustard, jeera, urad Dal, curry leaves , asafoetida and red chili for thalipu. Coriander leaves for garnish Paruppu usili ready 3) Thengai paal payasam Coconut milk 2.5 cups Jaggery 1.5 cup Cashews -5 Ghee for frying Payasam ready! 4) Mupparuppu vadai Chana Dal -½ cup Moong Dal - ½ cup Urad Dal - ¼ cup Green chillies -3 Dry red chillies - 4 Curry leaves- 1 kottu and coriander leaves. Salt , pepper, jeera as per your requirements Asafoetida ½tbsp Water as required Oil to fry. Mupparuppu vadai is ready! 5) Podimas Vaazhakkai or raw banana - 4 Ginger, green chillies, mustard, chana Dal , urad Dal ,. Curry leaves, red chillies for thaalipu Lemon and coriander leaves for garnish! Vaazhakkai podimas is ready 6) kalathukku Paruppu, yet an another dish, very easy. Sadam is cooked rice! That's it!
