In e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system, Issuing of NOA (Notifification of Award) means giving the permission to the winning Contractor or Tenderer for execution of the works. To know the process of issuing of NOA, please watch the full video........ Notification of Award (NOA) is the Official approval given to the Tenderer to execute the work. For, issuing NOA Consolidation of BOQ is the first task. Then, Performance Security should be added. According to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008, Performance Security should not be greater than 10% of the official Cost Estimate. Summation of performance security and Retention Money must be equal to 10% of the official cost estimate. In case pf front loading/Imbalance, TEC (Tender Evaluation Committee) recommend to the Contract Approver to increase performance security up to 25%. PCC (Particular Conditions of Contract) should be uploaded as the NOA reference.
