Come along with me, Tyler Evans Rock Journalist, as we take a trek down Beacon Avenue to check out the old No Doubt House! This small Beacon Avenue location was once home to Gwen and Eric Stefani. From the late 80s to the mid 90s, No Doubt practiced, recorded and hung out at this house. When Interscope Records was dragging their feet on a second record for No Doubt, they built a studio in the garage of this house and recorded what came to be known as "The Beacon Street Collection." On the strength of their DIY, home recorded effort, Interscope green-lit another album for No Doubt, which we know today as "Tragic Kingdom." The home still stands today, relatively unchanged. It is important to note, though, that it is now privately owned and shouldn't be disturbed. If you enjoyed this video, please help out by giving it a share. Be sure to subscribe as well! In reality, it should be "Beacon Street Collection." I apologize for the mistake, but I had a cold and I was filming in front of a stranger's house, so I wanted to get it done quickly, as to avoid getting attacked by dogs, shot in the eye, or yelled at really sternly.
