CAMPING 'VILLAGE CORSAIRE DES 2 PLAGES.' CHÂTELAILLON-PLAGE. FRANCE VAN TRIP, SEPT '22.

We continue our journey South along the coast, below La Rochelle, to Châtelaillon-Plage in the Charente- Maritime. The time we were there, we were treated to a day of American supercars, Motorbikes galore and a huge fleamarket.....not forgetting the Line dancing!! Something I never thought i'd see in France!! An absolutely lovely seside town, and a real find for us. Somewhere we may head for on a regular basis, due to the town itself. Friendly, bustling- wth everything you need for a great time! Shops, markets, a lovely seafront with bars and retaurants galore, and a massive sandy beach. All within walking distance of a large commercial campsite- 'Airotel camping Village Corsaire 2 plages.' It was so good, we spent 5 lovely relaxing days here, soaking in the sunshine which came out in all it's glory!! Hurrah! Definitely worth a visit if you're on this part of the coast!!
