Cake: 1 package White cake mix 1 envelope Dream Whip 4 eggs 1 cup cold water Combine all above ingredients and beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour in either greased round cake pans or 13x9 pan (I usually make this cake in 13x9 and chop into pieces to make a truffle style layered cake….it’s much easier that way 😅). Bake on 350 for about 30 minutes. Cool Whip Icing: 16 oz tub cool whip 5.1 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding 1 cup milk Combine above ingredients and beat for a couple minutes or until stiff peaks form. Filling: Strawberries 1/2 cup granulated sugar Cut berries into small chunks and sprinkle sugar over to make a syrup. Assemble like the video or can cut cake into pieces and place in bottom of truffle dish in a layer. Next layer strawberries. Then cool whip icing. Continue layering. Enjoy!
