About Rick Guidotti - Rick Guidotti was a speaker at TEDxEast in New York, and is the director of POSITIVE EXPOSURE, a non-profit organization that challenges the stigma associated with difference by pioneering a new vision of the beauty and richness of genetic diversity. In his TEDxPhoenix 11.11.11 TEDxTalk, Rick shares the inspiring story of POSITIVE EXPOSURE, and challenges us all to see and appreciate the beauty in our differences. Five hundred people from all over Arizona and the western US gathered at the Mesa Arts Center for an evening of thought provoking and entertaining talks. Motion graphics and animation provided by TEDxPhoenix volunteer Qa'ed Tung (@qaedtung). Video editing of this TEDxPhoenix TEDxTalk was done by UAT Digital Video student, Ty Bitterolf, under the guidance of UATDV Program Champion, Professor Paul DeNigris (@UATDV).
