Please view any of them before making any claims. I decided to fight Zexion right after finishing Olympus. I also wanted to do the same restrictions Apul did. While Zexion is pretty cool himself, I really dislike his fight. It's a nightmare trying to get no damage here. All I have to say is Dodge Roll = your saving grace here, if you choose not to use magic for the challenge. Here are the rules: No Damage No Magic No Drives No Limits No Items No Summons No using stat boosts Must be LV1 Must be Critical Mode Must do this before completing Space Paranoids 2. I personally did it before Agrabah 2 and HT 2. Up to you. You CAN equip any ability you currently have, though I had a lot on that I didn't need, I'm just too lazy to take some off. So when you first get to the book world Zexion will try to change your commands into the book stuff. Dodge Roll before he hits you and you'll be safe. But be quick to combo him or another book will fly around and smack you. It's sort of luck on the timing for whether or not a book will decide to hit you. For the second time in book world, dodge roll the explosion or you're dead. You have to time it perfect or you'll get hit by the last part of it (that won't kill you). This part requires luck too. The best move is if Zexion does the moving book wall move, because he's open after that. Other ones, he's not really open and books will fly around and try to hit you more. This is hardest part of the no damage, in my opinion. If you get him down to one and a half HP, he'll start doing the spotlight move. Consider it a break, it's easy to do the spotlight part unless you have relfexes of a sloth. Dodge Roll into the spotlight so you can recover faster, rather than Quick Run. When you get into the spot to start attacking Zexion, only do a small two hit combo and then jump back up and start Horizontal Slashing him until his HP is gone. The reason is, if you deplete his HP before he teleports you out of there, the Reaction Command won't pop up. But if you do it while it starts changing, it will. Be fast too, books like to start hitting you the second you get out of there. And if you let Zexion counter here, consider the fight over, as he'll most likely do his Tornado Book DM and end up doing the mutliple explosions. I got a little nervous at the last half and screwed up some combos, but not bad enough to come close to losing. Difficulty for normal LV1 win: ****** Difficulty for LV1 no damage: ******** Very very tough to do no damage on. A lot of luck required in the first half. Oh, and people, this is the Absent Silhouette version, not the Data version. I will state if it's the data version. ---- Q: How do you stay Level 1? A: In Critical Mode in KH2FM, you are given an EXP 0 ability at the beginning of the game. Equipping it makes it so you don't gain experience. Drive Forms aren't affected by it, so you can still level those up. Q: What's Critical Mode (CM)? A: Critical Mode is the new difficulty mode in KH2FM. It's basically slightly harder than a low level Proud Mode challenge. Q: Hey how come you have (Insert ability here) at level 1 when you get (insert same ability here) at (insert KH2 required level here). A: In KH2FM, they switched some abilities around and made some where you don't have to level up to gain them. A perfect example is the Scan ability. Q: How can you do 2 finishers so early on in the game? A: Just like with the EXP 0 ability, you're also given a Finishing Plus ability at the start of the game. So you can do 1 normal finisher + a second finisher. Q: How come I hear English voices if this is KH2FM? I thought it was Japanese! A: KH2FM has English voices with Japanese text. Simple as that, I don't know why people can't grasp that. Q: How can I get KH2FM and how would I get it to run on my PS2? A: If you have the fat PS2, like me, get Swap Magic + a Slide Card. A: You get bonus level stat ups from beating scripted fights. For example, some give you HP+, MP+, Strength +1, Defense +1, etc. If this didn't happen, then it would be near impossible to do a LV1 playthrough. Q: Hey is this Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix?
