Welcome back to another Monday Night Rant. It has come to my attention that DJs are not updating their libraries with new tracks. Do you mean DJs are playing the same tracks in their playlists and not trying to dig for new music? What's up with that? Here I gave my opinion of this and I am certain feathers will be ruffled. See the information below and please like, share, and subscribe. What are DJs looking for when digging for new music? DJs digging for new music look for unique, high-quality tracks that fit their style, resonate with their audience and stand out from overplayed selections. They prioritize tracks with strong energy, clean production, and creative elements for smooth mixing, aiming to create memorable moments on the dance floor. Information regarding digging for new music! Traxsource typically releases hundreds of new tracks daily, as it’s a popular platform for underground and electronic music. The exact number varies depending on the day and release schedules from labels, but it’s common to see between 200 and 500 tracks added in genres like house, tech house, deep house, and more. Beatport releases a similar volume of tracks daily to Traxsource, typically 300 to 700 new tracks. This varies based on label schedules and releases across many genres, including techno, house, trance, drum & bass. Shout out to the Red Lab members C Marie and RoseRed for bringing this to my attention. #MondayNightRant #djs #music #newrelease #traxsource #beatport #musicfolder #musicplaylist #discussion
