I wanted to know your take on cancellation policies and refunds? That was always a big issue in my realm. I'll break it down: I have a 30 day money back guarantee, straight forward cancellation policy. So the 1st 30 days if you cancel (a non dedicated) service, I provide a full refund, no questions asked, but only for hosting, not domains. Cancellations must be done via a billing ticket (security, identity, etc). So the issue is this: When people email about cancellation, I have a canned reply to go to the billing area to submit a ticket. When they don't they complain about being billed. Anything canceled will stop on the next billing cycle, and there is no refunds. Any courtesy refund is done via account credits (they are simply not eligible for a refund, but I provide it as a credit). I've read some books saying stick to your guns, if you have a policy, make sure it's followed. Then I get complaints, and sometimes it gets really annoying to handle. I'm not sure what I'm even asking, maybe just some feedback on your thoughts if you are interested in this :) Thanks! Edward "
