The trail is gentle and easy to walk, around the coast of Fuguei Cape, passing the Fuguei Cape Lighthouse on the way. The wild lilies on the hillside of Fuguei Cape bloom in April and May every year, which is the most beautiful season of the Fuguei Cape Trail. 富貴角的地名源自十八世紀荷蘭人法倫泰在其著作《新舊印度誌》中，將富貴角記錄為「Hoek」，意思是指海岬。後來音譯為「富基角」，日治時代更名為「富貴角」。早期住在此地的平埔族人，稱富貴角為「Ta-Pin」，亦是指海岬的意思。 The place name of Fuguei Cape (Fuquei-jiao) originated from the 18th century, a Dutch, Farantai in his book "New and Old India", which recorded Fuguei Cape as "Hoek", which means cape.
