I get it. You got into programming because you like computers more than people, but you still have to work in teams. Your interviewer is probably going to ask you the question: "Tell me about yourself" in a job interview. You need to be able to answer this question quickly and succinctly. Your objective here is to try and find something in common with your interviewer. To do so, try the BATS method. This method stands for : B - Brief Work History A - Academics T - Technical Accomplishments S - Sports Don't have a sport to talk about? Get one? Follow the RACCS method which stands for: R - Running A - Automotive C - Cycling C- Climbing S - Skiing (or Soccer in Europe / South America) If you know who you are interviewing with, try to find them on LinkedIn and see if the two of you have something in common before the interview.
