Thanks to a grant by the Blue Light Card Foundation, we can help make a significant impact at Croydon Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This grant has facilitated the refurbishment of two on-call doctors' rooms and the staff room, and provided warm fleeces for the dedicated 60+ member team. These professionals work long hours in often stressful conditions to provide exceptional care to their tiny patients. Dr. Amy Douthwaite shared, "These items have had such a positive impact on the team's morale and have enabled us to continue to work effectively and closely as a united team."
