I found a Hidden Arch! Montaña Cardón Hike in Fuerteventura

✨Montaña el Cardón & El Tanquito✨ Hike in Fuerteventura 🇮🇨 The last hike and adventure started in the village of El Cardón and went up to the mountain ⛰️ with the same name. It was declared Natural Monument in 1987 and at its base you can find the ermita de la Virgin del Tanquito (hermitage in the rocks!). Every year a popular pilgrimage (romeria) starts in May, that goes to this ermita. The hike is easy at the beginning but becomes more technical towards the end, well worth it though! The view was great 🙌🏼 On the way up we also stopped to see a hidden arch! This time I did not go solo 😁 but with a group of friends who like hiking 🥾. We went there by car and left it at the village.
