In February, we joined the family and team of #GranMonte Vineyard & Winery (#KhaoYai #Thailand) at their Harvest Festival & 20th Anniversary Party. In the tropical climate, grapevines do not undergo a winter dormancy. As such, growers have to prune the vines down so that the fruit arrives during the dry season, which is November to February in Thailand. One of the best locations for viticulture in Thailand is around the Khao Yai National Park. The vineyards there sit at just under 400 meters in elevation.
