This intimate space features elegant blue and white décor, alongside a menu with cleaner, healthier options. Blu is open for breakfast and dinner daily. The venue is usually open for breakfast from around 7:30 AM to 9 AM. Blu is open for dinner from 5:30 to 9 PM nightly. The dinner menu does change nightly, offering guests plenty of choices if they choose to dine here each evening. For breakfast, our delightful spread included a refreshing SEASONAL FRUIT PLATE, a luscious PARFAIT, wholesome Muesli, and Yogurt. We indulged in flaky pastries, delectable FRENCH TOAST, fluffy PANCAKES, exquisite EGGS BENEDICT, an expertly crafted OMELET, and perfectly scrambled eggs. our dinner at Blu featured starters such as a CANNELLINI BEAN BISQUE, a vibrant TUNA NIÇOISE SALAD, a crisp BABY GREEN SALAD, spring rolls, lump crab salad, a classic Cesar salad, a savory beef tartare, and mouthwatering short rib on pancakes. For our main dishes we tried a delicious BEYOND BURGER with crispy fries, a strip steak salad, a delicious veal osso Bucco, surf and turf, a succulent short rib, and a perfectly grilled ribeye. For desserts we had apple pie with ice cream and chocolate cake, among other heavenly treats. The culinary experience at Blu is characterized by freshness, exquisite flavors, and a lighter touch. Most sauces are not heavy and you will find a bit less starches here than in the main dining room. The attentive and exceptional service further enhances the Blu dining experience.
