It was my first time to hike in Poland as well as visiting the waterfall here. We allocated 3 days to hike in Tatra Mountains, so for the first day we planned to Siklawica waterfall and other easy trail as a warm up. After visiting Siklawica waterfall, we felt so tempted to check out the Giewont and we made an attempt to hike there but we stopped due to safety reason. We were unprepared for this unplanned hike. It was cold, windy and it became more cloudy. At some parts to the peak is required to use the chains to climb the steep steps and we were totally aware of the lightning strike cases that happened previously on the peak, so we decided to stop the hike. Hiking to Giewont is not that easy and hard either but certain degree of fitness is required to make it to the top safely. We will definitely come back to summit the Giewont in the future. We will explore more of Tatra Mountains in the next video, don't forget to subscribe to our channel :) Siklawica wodospad is a beautiful waterfall dropping down over 23 meter in two major stages. It is located at south of Zakopane in the region Małopolskie, Poland. The Giewont is a mountain massif in the Tatra Mountains of Poland. Its highest peak, Great Giewont, is 1,895 metres above sea level and the highest peak of the Western Tatras located entirely within Poland's borders. 0:00 Entrance 1:05 Trekking to Siklawica Waterfall 6:24 Siklawica Waterfall 7:55 Off to Giewont 9:10 Resting before the hike 9:30 Journey to Giewont 15:20 Stop the hike 16:05 Descend
