Amen. Saint Carlo, as we look around, we see a world moving faster than our hearts can carry. So many of us feel overwhelmed — scrolling through endless images, measuring our worth against likes and comments, searching for love in places that leave us empty. We carry questions no one seems to answer, dreams that feel too fragile to speak aloud, and fears that keep us awake at night. Some of us feel unseen. Some of us feel lost. And some of us wonder, “Do we even matter at all?” Saint Carlo, in the middle of this noise, remind us that God has not forgotten us. You were young, full of curiosity and life. You loved soccer, technology, and friends, but you never let those things replace the One who mattered most. You discovered that joy is not in having more, but in knowing Jesus deeply. Your life was short, but you lived it with a heart wide open to God. You called the Eucharist your highway to heaven, and you believed holiness was not far away — it could be lived in every moment, in every choice, in every step we take. Show us how to live with that same vision. Saint Carlo, please–walk with us now in our struggles. When doubt whispers, light the fire of faith within us. When temptation pulls, give us courage to choose what is true. When loneliness surrounds us, remind us that Christ never leaves. We long for a love that does not fade, a purpose that does not break, a peace the world cannot give. Pray that we may not waste our days chasing shadows, but invest our lives in what lasts forever.
