These are my go to ab, leg, & arm exercises along with my cardio routine. I workout 5-6 days a week at a gym, so although I'm filming outside in this, I do prefer a gym (I love my ac!! Texas is hot!!) I also keep my diet relatively clean- lots of fruits, veggies, and healthy protein.
