Reklam I’ve just set up a brand new aquarium for three baby Channa Aurantimaculata, the stunning Golden Snakeheads. They’re around 8–10 cm now and already showing bold personalities and vibrant colors. This time, I designed a planted aquarium with plenty of natural barriers, wood and plants to reduce aggression and help them settle peacefully. The tank runs with an internal filter and root tabs fertilization, creating a balanced environment that still keeps a very natural look and behavior. For the last 660 days, I’ve been maintaining a large ecosystem tank without a filter or CO₂ but I wanted to try something different this time. This marks a fresh new beginning, and I’ll be sharing every stage of this setup from planting and scaping to feeding and behavior updates of these amazing snakeheads. Tank Size: 200x55x60h cm - 660 Liters 78.7″ × 21.7″ × 23.6″ - 170 Gallons Plants: Echinodorus Rose Echinodorus Cordifolius Marble Queen Echinodorus Schlueter Echinodorus Tricolor Echinodorus Ozelot Echinodorus Bleheri Sagittaria Subulata Vallisneria Gigantea Fish: Channa Aurantimaculata Thanks for watching and supporting the journey.
