The Mud Flappers - "I'm Down" (Beck's 'Song Reader' + Full Sail University)

The Mud Flappers (voted Orlando's Best Folk Act of 2011 and 2012 by Orlando Weekly readers) transform Full Sail's Audio Temple into one big party with their interpretation of "I'm Down," from Beck's 'Song Reader.' Full Sail University invited 11 local Orlando bands into our flagship recording studio the Audio Temple to record interpretations of songs from Beck's new album Song Reader, which was released only as sheet music. Each artist had roughly one week to learn and arrange a song. Advanced Session Recording Course Director Darren Schneider produced and engineered these songs with the help of Recording Arts students, while instructors and students from the Film program were on hand to document the performances.
