Francis Haines: The Return of the Living Dead ☣ The Trioxin Theme ☣ *FULL Version* [Restored, Remastered & Extended by Gilles Nuytens] This is a restored, remastered and extended version of the famous "Trioxin Theme" from the movie « The Return of the Living Dead » (1985) by Francis Haines. This is the full version as it was heard at different moments of the movie. The Main Title was a shorter version, while we can hear different parts during the movie. What I did was to mix all the different variations of the theme together. This remains an unreleased track and as I've heard that Francis Haines, the composer, has probably lost the original master, the original version(s) won't probably never see the light of the day again... So, I did what I could with the sources available: The 5.1 Bluray audio! Reconstructing this and restoring it from that source was probably the most challenging audio work I've ever done. It took me a week of intense days of work. Still far from perfection unfortunately. I wish I was a sound engineer to improve this some more but I'm just a guy learning this by himself for fun. So, this is the best I can do at this moment. The sound quality comes from a far away very low source and there are still some light background noises that can be heard here and there but they're not really disturbing, just some gaz noise and rain drops popping sometimes. I made this video thinking of that and put some effects that would come with these "noises", so it's not too much distracting. So, enjoy for the first time a full version of « The Trioxin Theme »!
