Thoughtforms and dark beings that exist on the lower astral can actively influence certain souls on the earth-plane and many dark situations are caused by such influence. When a soul is connected to the lower astral then multiple disturbances can occur in their energy fields, in their emotional and mental bodies. Humanity's awakening is helping to purify the lower astral plane.
