This SafeHabitus Webinar examines systemic time pressure as both a driver and an outcome of occupational safety and health (OSH) challenges in agriculture and provide an overview of what this means in practice. Joseph Firnhaber from Teagasc put the issue of time pressure into context of farm safety challenges. After this, the speakers focussed on specific aspects of time pressure in agriculture. After a session on the policy aspect of the issue, CoP Slovakia representative Miriam Acsova focussed on the business and administrative aspects. CoP Romania representatives Dr Mădălina Căpraru and Dr Alin Croitoru, and CoP Poland representative Prof Joanna Makulska focussed on more practical aspects: the impact on farmers training and education and their everyday work on the farm.
