Heat Oil in a large pan on high heat. 2. Add Chicken pieces, skin side down. 3. Cook for 1-2 mins, allowing skin to brown and flip chicken over. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 4. Add Greek Yogurt and mix well. 10. Add Water, mix and cook until chicken is cooked all the way. 11. Finish with a sprinkle of 1/2 tsp Garam Masala and Cilantro to garnish.
