Indore has a whole street famously called ‘Sarafa’ that serves the most tasty vegetarian snacks, chaat and sweets right from 8 pm upto 2 at night. Going to have a dahiwada here is not just about the taste, but it’s also about the experience of watching Om Prakash Joshi make the dahiwadas. Joshiji is a performer. He flips the dahiwada with the curd without spilling a drop. He also does a quick magic show. After pouring curd in your bowl, he sprinkles five spices using just one finger without allowing them to mix together. Of course, you have to make it there before 11pm, otherwise there is no way you will get a dahiwada.
