This NX CAM video demonstrates the new functionality in Siemens NX 2306 for Manufacturing. You can now position a part on a machine using a bounding box or a bounding cylinder as a reference point. This lets you specify a coordinate system for the part with reference to the bounding box or bounding cylinder. You can then use the coordinate system to position the part on the machine.
