Every once in a while it becomes necessary to reverse the Shopsmith. I wanted to have better access to wooden bowl turnings and have a better arrangement under the garage lights. It worked out well and only took about 30 minutes to make the swap. Hopefully this helps someone who needs to move the parts around but isn't quite sure they want to dive into this kind of project.
