Mystic Messenger - Your Reality (Cover by Caleb Hyles) [GMV]

This is a Mystic Messenger GMV I made using the cover of a song from Doki Doki Literature club. I had recently been exposed to DDLC again and found this cover. After hearing it, I was inspired to use it for Mystic Messenger, which I am into again as well lol. Due to the fourth wall breaking occurring in Mystic Messenger, it seemed appropriate to have the video be as if Seven was singing. There weren't a lot of clips from the original opening, so I had to get a bit creative lol. The beginning of this video is similar to that of the animatic version of the cover of this song I found, which inspired this video. It was the only plausible way I could get the speech parts to have at least something, as well. And I can't really draw, so I decided to just use the transparents of Seven, which are of him speaking in the visual novels. Anyway, it turns out that this is now the video with the most amount of time spent on it lol. At least, there were a lot more layers/timelines needed, due to the text and CGs I used. Actually, this video was really fun to make. I had to not only create a narrative for this (as well as get the lyrics to make sense, and get the timing right), but I had to think of when it would be appropriate to have text, and when to have it be like Seven was speaking directly toward the viewer.
