I was watching a video about what it feels like to be depressed, and I realized I once knew someone like this. Things did not turn out so well between us in the end, and before we parted I could see that they were going down, down that same depression they once were in. It was best we parted, for there was much pain and loss for what could have been. Yet, I hope this video gets to them and helps them, and all those who are hurting. How to use this video: Expand the video and close everything else until it feels like it's just you and Andrea in the video. Practice holding eye contact with her and making spontaneous conversation until you feel completely comfortable looking a girl in the eyes as you're talking.
