This 23-year-old patient has a history of congenital cataracts, which were operated on shortly after birth, followed by the insertion of a secondary sulcus intraocular lens (IOL). Over the past year, he has presented multiple times to the emergency department with episodes of acute uveitis. Additionally, he has developed moderate glaucoma that is being managed with maximal topical medication. Following an evaluation using ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM), he was diagnosed with uveitis-glaucoma-hyphema (UGH) syndrome, leading to the decision to perform corrective surgery. This video is the second installment in our series on Soemmering's ring complications ( • Soemmering's trouble (#67) ), hence the "REPRISE" in the title. Surgeon: Miguel Raimundo (Department of Ophthalmology, ULS Coimbra, Portugal)
