RTX 3000 cards were released 3 years ago. Three years is a long time for thermal paste and thermal pads, especially for cards with GDDR6X like the 3070 Ti Founder edition we're using and upwards, all the way to the RTX 3090 Ti. Even if the card hasn't been subjected to intensive use, I'd still recommend a nice repasted and repad!
