Can HEVI-Shot's HEVI Hammer with a steel/bismuth mix match the ballistics gel penetration and pattern density of the BOSS Copper Plated Bismuth? This review involves two waterfowl hunting ammunitions that are head-to-competitors with similar prices. Both have almost the same number of pellets, the BOSS is nothing but bismuth while the HEVI Hammer is higher velocity with 85% steel pellets and 15% bismuth pellets. Both will certainly kill a duck at close range but what about a goose? This was a great test with two good shotgun shells.
