You'll find the complete recipe right here to delight the whole family: 📋 Ingredients: Puff pastry 🥖: 1 roll Ricotta cheese 🧀: 250 g Eggs 🥚: 3 Grated Parmesan cheese 🧀: 30 g (plus a little for the top) Spinach (frozen) 🌿: 500 g Nutmeg 🌰: 2 pinches Salt 🧂, pepper Pine nuts 🌲: a small handful (optional, but delicious for the crunch) 👩🏽‍🍳 STEPS: Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 6). Thaw and drain the spinach in a pan. Mix the eggs, ricotta, Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Roll out the dough and pre-bake for 10 minutes. Add the spinach mixture and pine nuts, then bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
