Buy your favourite Cookd Recipes in a Box ! 👉https://shop.cookdtv.com/ Kung Pao Cauliflower Recipe: Cauliflower (florets) - 1 no Maida - ¼ Cup Cornflour - ¾ Cup Salt - ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp MSG (optional) - ¼ tsp Water - ¼ Cup Sauce : Oil - 2 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 inch Garlic (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Red Chilli (sliced) - 3 nos Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Corn Starch - 2 tbsp Cashew Nuts - ¼ Cup Spring Onions (chopped) - For Garnish Cooking Instructions: 1. Add the ingredients required to marinate the cauliflower. 2. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the cauliflower to a golden brown colour. Keep it aside 3. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped ginger and garlic and saute them for a minute 4. Add the red chillies and saute for a minute. 5. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar and mix it till the sugar dissolves 6. Add the cornstarch and mix till the sauce becomes thick 7. Add the cauliflower and mix it till it is coated evenly with the sauce 8. Add the fried cashew nuts and mix well 9. Transfer it to a bowl. Garnish it with spring onions and fried cashew nuts.
