Emma and Hook have come such a long way, but the kiss at the end of the episode solidified their relationship and I am so happy for one of my favourite OTP's. I loved so many moments of the finale, from Emma and Hook dancing at the ball to THE KISS to them watching Snowing fall in love. I'm guessing a lot of people don't know this song, but I mean the lyrics are absolutely perfect for Emma and Hook discovering their definition of home (each other ahh I still can't handle it).
