A review of Hatton's Andrew Barclay 0-4-0ST. Hey everyone, it's time for another loco review! After being really impressed by the job Hatton's did on the SE&CR P Class, it was only a matter of time before I got my hands on one of the 0-4-0ST Andrew Barclays. Small industrial steam engines like the Barclay are right up my street and it looks perfectly at home on Pickwick Yard (my micro layout) with a train of mineral wagons. The P Class I reviewed from Hatton's earlier this year was exceptional so the Barclay has a lot to live up to. Will it reach the same level of detail and how will the short wheelbase fair on insulfrog points...well be sure to watch to the end to find out.
