So, in this video I created a step-by-step tutorial on where to begin with the PPC ads and what type of campaign to create. Where Facebook differs from Google PPC for real estate investors is the fact that you cannot niche down your targeting to the same extent. On google you are able to target specific keywords, whereas on Facebook you have to first build rapport & then keep re-targeting the leads to get the best results. I don't go over retargeting ads in this video, but I will make others in the future to help you build your first campaign as a Real estate investor.
