OH YES!! I'm finally done jesus christ- This took me less than two weeks but oh boy it was painful for my wrist and back. I wanted to give her more story rather than her own struggling with vengeance, and I introduce you a new character! Mama Hazelwhisper. I'm going to summarize a little of what the PMV is about, not the story itself as I don't want to reveal too much. Hazelwhisper is a warrior and she is Thistledusk's mother (ex-mate of Whitethorn). When Whitethorn (in those days she was called Rose as her name had not yet been changed) had recently arrived in the clan, Hazelwhisper made sure that her welcome was most welcoming and warm. She was not a big fan of kittypet, but she saw in Rose a great future (and besides, her son, Thistledusk, had brought her into the clan, so her son's happiness was her happiness) in the clan. Hazelwhisper knew that Whitethorn didn't have a very good story to begin with, so she was with her through many difficult times. Even Whitethorn considered her a mother. But she was not her real mother. Hazelwhisper looked like her birth mother, and too much like her to speak honestly. At one point Whitethorn came to think of Hazelwhisper as the embodiment of her birth mother, and although she was not, the warrior was a better mother than Lithe (her birth mother). Then the PMV tells how after the events that triggered the death of several warriors, Whitethorn has an encounter with Hazelwhisper (who at that time was already a warrior in the Light Spirit's Path) and this one tries to fix things (better said, she tried to stop her) so that Whitethorn does not continue with her vague justice. Their attempts don't go as expected, though, and this gradually increased Whitethorn's thirst for revenge. And in fact, one of the causes was because no one understood her pain. And if no one understood her, she had to take justice. Whitethorn always had in mind that Lithe was Hazelwhisper trying to make a good path, even if it is impossible, since Lithe and Hazelwhisper were born in the same time. Whitethorn had to imagine her own mother telling her that she loved her. But as far as I must say, Hazelwhisper wasn't her mother. If it wasn't for the poor love Lithe gave her, Whitethorn wouldn't be like this. She was blaming Hazelwhisper for something she didn't even commit.
