Building the second gen. steel tongue drum with Ikea parts

Me and my friend Samira build two tongue drums with decoration bowls from Ikea. You can watch step by step how we did it. During the tongue cut out we measured that we wouldn't get high enough for the highest tones so we changed our layout to smaler tongues for the highest five tones. The smalest tone also got a little extra style ;) The tunings we made are: "B-Minor": B2/F#3/G3/B3/C#4/D4/E4/F4/G4/B4/C#5/D5/E5 D#-Minor": D#3/F3/F#3/G3/A3/C#4/D#4/F4/F#4/G#4/A#4/C5/C#5/D#5 The "D#-Minor" drums lowest tone in the middle has a little smaler diameter (10cm) as the D#3 is higher than the B2 at the "B-Minor" drum. The last scene shows our first generation drum made out of a gas tank. It has a "D-Minor" tuning and was also much fun to build.
