Le Catana 53 a signé le grand retour de cette marque emblématique dans la grande croisière performante ; c’est tellement vrai que tous les autres modèles de la marque ont disparu du catalogue, exception faite du tout nouveau Ocean Class, bien sûr… La nacelle du 53 s’allonge un peu par rapport aux modèles « historiques », offrant une surface de plancher supérieure et une liaison carré/cockpit modulable. Les coques restent assez fines ; le plan anti-dérive est quant à lui confié à des appendices courbes. Au final, des performances excellentes pour une unité aussi confortable et polyvalente.
